Our Service Area & Some FAQS

What to know before getting started.

What types of construction projects do you take on?

We work on a range of residential and commercial projects as both a general contractor and a builder, from custom homes and major renovations to commercial construction and restoration. We also build custom steel buildings through our sister company, Steel Bolt Construction. Whatever you have in mind, we’re happy to discuss your plans and determine how we can help.

We’re based in Mid-Coast Maine and serve Lincoln County and surrounding communities, including the Pemaquid, South Bristol, and Boothbay peninsulas. Depending on the project, we may travel beyond these areas.

Of course! You don’t need to have every detail figured out before reaching out. Whether you’re exploring ideas, working with architectural plans, or trying to determine the best approach for your project, we can discuss your goals and help you understand the next steps.

Start with the basics: what you’re looking to build, where the project is located, and any details you already have, such as plans, a general timeline, or ideas for the finished space. You don’t need to have everything finalized. The more you can share about your vision, the better we can help you determine your options.
